Job summary

CVS Health in Rogers, AR is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead daily operations, mentor the pharmacy team, and provide outstanding patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role, you’ll supervise dispensing accuracy, support immunizations where permitted, counsel patients, manage workflow, ensure compliance with state regulations, and uphold CVS values while delivering safe, accessible health services to the community.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety by accurate prescription labeling and verification.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support pharmacy operations and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive team environment.
• Assist with counseling, immunizations and patient care as permitted.
• Comply with federal and state laws and CVS policies.
