Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively assist people and respond to patient reactions.
• Communication Skills: use verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues; active listening.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Issue Resolution: handle challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose best course of action.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift and move items, and perform precise tasks as needed.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
