Job summary

CVS Health in Rogers, AR is seeking part-time Staff Pharmacists to lead dispensing, counseling, and immunization services at our retail pharmacy. You will act as the pharmacist-on-duty during shifts, coordinate with the Pharmacy Manager, and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role requires active pharmacist licensure in the state, active NPI, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate dispensing, counseling and immunizations.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy during shifts.
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Coach pharmacy team and communicate with Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist with patient insurance and medication issues.
