Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task over a period of time; pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs; confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner; notice and understand patients’ reactions
• Communication Skills: interact with patients and colleagues; active listening
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine total tablets, days’ supply and quantities
• Issue Resolution: identify challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose the best course of action
• Physical Demands: mobility, lifting, reaching, fine motor tasks, and vision requirements
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
