Our Staff Pharmacists play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in their pharmacy by acting as role models, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, and be responsible for managing all aspects within your pharmacy.

2. Supporting pharmacy operations: overseeing pharmacy functions during shifts, coaching team members, and providing performance feedback.
3. Ensuring safe prescription fulfillment: following workflow procedures and safety protocols.

5. Administering immunizations: proactively offering vaccines and supporting pharmacy technicians in immunization procedures.
6. Managing inventory: following best practices, especially for cold chain products.
7. Compliance: adhering to regulations, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining a safe, inclusive workplace.
8. Professional development: maintaining skills, completing required training, and expanding knowledge for better patient support.
9. Supporting clinical services: providing testing and prescribing services where permissible to enhance patient outcomes.
10. Legal and ethical compliance: following laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure safety and security.
