Location: Central Pennsylvania

Schedule: Variable days/afternoons (primarily day shifts), 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive central pharmacy services
  • Enter and/or review medication orders accurately and efficiently
  • Dispense medications safely and in a timely manner
  • Deliver prompt and accurate drug information
  • Monitor and evaluate drug therapy using our pharmacy system and clinical surveillance tools
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the sterile compounding area
  • Prepare high-risk, narcotic, and cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs
  • Perform protocol-based drug therapy monitoring
  • Complete pharmacist-managed consults as assigned
  • In ambulatory roles, facilitate and document drug therapy decisions through recommendations and/or collaborative practice agreements

Qualifications

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • PGY1 residency or minimum of 3 years of current clinical experience
  • Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and adaptability across care settings
