As a Staff Pharmacist, you are vital in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating authentic care for our patients. Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting safe and effective medication dispensing, counseling, and immunizations to improve patient health.
2. Assisting the Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team and stepping in as acting manager when needed.
3. Ensuring pharmacy operations comply with all regulations and standards.
4. Providing compassionate patient care, addressing insurance and medication issues, and supporting immunization efforts.
5. Managing inventory, especially cold chain products, and maintaining safety protocols.
6. Remaining current with clinical and technical skills, including industry training and CME.
7. Supporting clinical services like testing and prescribing, where permitted, to enhance patient outcomes.
8. Adhering to legal, regulatory, and company policies to ensure safety, privacy, and an inclusive environment.
