As a Staff Pharmacist, you will:

1. Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team and oversee pharmacy operations.
2. Ensure safe and effective dispensing, counseling, and immunizations to improve patient health.
3. Manage pharmacy workflow, coaching staff, and providing performance feedback.
4. Serve as the primary pharmacist-on-duty when needed, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
5. Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathetic care and collaboration.
6. Proactively offer immunizations and support pharmacy technicians in immunization procedures.
7. Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection.
8. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and CVS policies.
9. Maintain and expand clinical skills, including offering testing and prescribing services where permitted.
10. Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging team environment.
