Job summary

Hims in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our patient‑centred team. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, and ensure PHI security while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws.

You will update patient profiles, supervise technicians, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. You will need an Arizona pharmacist license, 2+ years of experience, and strong English and Windows skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Active Pharmacist License in Arizona
Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy
2+ years of pharmacist experience
Ability to work flexible shift times
Proficiency in English, verbal and written
Proficiency in Windows based computer systems

Responsibilities

Maintain all security and privacy rules regarding PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Update and maintain patient profile records according to state pharmacy regulations
Dispense medications and ensure accurate interpretation, labeling and product selection of prescriptions
Attend pharmacy team meetings and drive quality by adhering to SOPs
Supervise technicians and organize workflow
Protect patients and technicians by infection-control protocols
Perform pharmacist duties such as drug utilization reviews, patient counseling and dispensing activities
