Hims, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our Arizona operations. You will maintain PHI privacy, dispense medications, and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws as part of a patient-centric care team.

The role requires an active Arizona license, a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, and 2+ years of experience. We offer competitive pay at $62/hr plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package. On-site scheduling is Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Update patient profiles according to state regulations.
• Order, handle and dispense prescription medications.
• Attend pharmacy team meetings and drive quality SOP adherence.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/state pharmacy regulations.
• Supervise technicians and verify orders and labeling.
• Provide world-class pharmacy experience and patient counseling.
