ExcelliSearch, Inc. is partnering with a growing independent compounding pharmacy in the Richmond, VA area.

The role focuses on patient-centered care, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and expanding personalized medicine services alongside an experienced team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. Formación

• Pharmacist degree with active licensure to practice in Virginia.
• Experience or willingness to obtain Virginia Pharmacist license.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Commitment to personalized medicine and patient relationships.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a growing, collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care in a community pharmacy with compounding.
• Perform 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding and related therapies.
• Engage in weight management, BHRT, veterinary compounding and wellness services.
• Contribute to service expansion and growth of the independent pharmacy.

What We're Looking For

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
• Sterile compounding experience
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Team player who enjoys helping a growing organization succeed
