Independent Pharmacy in Richmond, VA is seeking a pharmacist to join a growing independent practice focused on personalized medicine and compounding. You will work with an experienced team to provide patient care, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and specialized therapies in a community setting.

The role emphasizes patient relationships, clinical decision-making, and a collaborative culture within a growing organization, with a weekday schedule and occasional Saturday mornings.

Formación

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• Virginia Pharmacist license (active or ability to obtain).
• Sterile compounding experience.
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Team player who helps a growing organization succeed.
