Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is partnering with an independent compounding pharmacy in the Richmond, Virginia area to hire a Pharmacist.

This role focuses on personalized medicine, patient care, and specialty compounding within a dynamic team. You will work with sterile and non-sterile preparations, including BHRT and veterinary compounds, while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Formación

• Pharmacist degree and Virginia license or ability to obtain.
• Experience with sterile compounding preferred.
• Focused on patient relationships and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a growing independent pharmacy.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications including BHRT and veterinary products.
• Collaborate with the team to expand services while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Educate patients and document clinical recommendations clearly.

What We're Looking For

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
• Sterile compounding experience
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Team player who enjoys helping a growing organization succeed
