Job summary

Ron Sunshine Associates LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a pharmacist to join an independent compounding pharmacy entering an exciting expansion phase. You will practice in a dynamic environment combining community pharmacy with personalized compounding, alongside an experienced team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Ideal candidates have PharmD or BS Pharmacy with Virginia license (or ability to obtain) and sterile compounding experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist required with PharmD or BS from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain).
• Sterile compounding experience.
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Team player who enjoys helping a growing organization succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Participate in weight management therapies and BHRT.
• Engage in veterinary compounding and wellness/personalized medicine.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Support expansion efforts and growth of the independent pharmacy.
