Confident Search Consultants is representing a growing independent pharmacy in the Richmond, Virginia area that is expanding its personalized medicine and compounding services. The pharmacist will join a team focused on exceptional patient care, blending community pharmacy with sterile and non-sterile compounding, BHRT, and wellness therapies.

This role emphasizes patient relationships, clinical decision-making, and opportunities to grow with the company.

Formación

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Active Virginia Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
• Sterile compounding experience
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient relationships
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Team player who enjoys helping a growing organization succeed

What You'll Be Working With

• 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Weight management therapies
• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
• Veterinary compounding
• Wellness and personalized medicine
