CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations, immunizations, and patient care within our retail stores. You will act as a leadership presence, assisting the Pharmacy Manager and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and high-quality service to customers.

The role emphasizes maintaining regulatory compliance, coaching team members, and delivering clinical services where permitted, including testing and prescribing support as allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing pharmacy operations and coaching the team to improve performance.
• Ensure compliant prescription fulfillment and safe practice at every workstation.
