Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations in a retail location. You will supervise the team, ensure safe dispensing, counsel patients, and uphold regulatory compliance while acting as a role model for compassionate care.

You will support the Pharmacy Manager, cover shifts as needed, and focus on patient safety, immunization efforts, and efficient workflow to deliver quality care in our community.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts as needed.
• Lead pharmacy team to maintain patient safety and quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
