Freeman Health System’s Bentonville Hospital Pharmacy seeks a part-time Staff Pharmacist to join a team delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. Arkansas license and a BS in Pharmacy are required, with hospital and infectious diseases experience preferred. BCPS certification is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care topatientof the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards. Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staffregardingpatientdocumentationsand intervention outcomes.

Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.

Pharmacy PreferredExperience :

• BS in Pharmacy
• Hospital Pharmacy practice and Clinical pharmacy practice experience in an Infectious Diseases setting.
• BCPS certification with ID qualifications Preferred.
