Freeman Willow Creek Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting.

You will coordinate daily activities, communicate with physicians and nurses, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to support patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

What You'll Do

Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patient of the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards. Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding patient documentations and intervention outcomes.

Requirements

Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.

Pharmacy Preferred Experience:

• BS in Pharmacy
• Hospital Pharmacy practice experience.
