Job summary

OptioRx in San Antonio, TX is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our in-person pharmacy team. Active Texas license and multi-state licensure are required, with licenses in multiple states preferred.

You will dispense and verify prescriptions, review safety and interactions, and support audits to maintain regulatory compliance. The role offers competitive pay: Pharmacist 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with annual salaries in the $135k–$155k range plus benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our San Antonio pharmacy team! This position requires an active Texas license and Multi-State License.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and verify prescriptions in compliance with state/federal laws
• Ensure multi-state regulatory compliance (company provides support for additional licenses)
• Review prescriptions for safety, accuracy, and interactions
• Support quality control and compliance audits
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain safe, efficient workflow

Pay range and compensation package

• PHARMACIST 1st shift 7AM- 3:30PM M-F Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
• PHARMACIST 2nd Shift 3PM to 11:30 M-F Pay: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
