Southend Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Verification Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality verification of compounded medications prior to dispensing. The Verification Pharmacist serves as a critical quality checkpoint by reviewing prescriptions, verifying compounded medications, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and collaborating closely with pharmacy technicians, sterile and non-sterile compounding teams, quality assurance, and pharmacy leadership.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong clinical judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume production environment while maintaining an unwavering commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
This is a onsite position located at Southend Pharmacy, 4802 North Sam Houston Pkwy W, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77086. Candidates must be able to work onsite as scheduled. Weekends may be required based on business needs
Highly Competitive Compensation: We offer starting pay of $62.00 per hour, along with eligibility for our quarterly bonus program, recognizing exceptional performance and business achievements.
