Job summary

SBMF RX SAT-NW seeks a dedicated pharmacist to float between two privately owned specialty pharmacies in San Antonio, delivering expert pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced setting. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, and support clinical care to improve outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a pharmacy residency program or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience demonstrating advanced patient care skills.
  • Hands-on experience with pharmacy software applications, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacology essential for effective patient assessment and medication management.
  • Experience working within HIPAA guidelines ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
