Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Must have an active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Preferred
• Ability to work various schedules including dayshift, evenings, holidays, and weekends
