Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing and improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations;
2. Supporting the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations during shifts and providing performance feedback;
3. Assuming Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist;
4. Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and following workflow procedures;
5. Providing compassionate patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and resolving medication issues;
6. Offering immunizations and supporting pharmacy technicians in immunization efforts;
7. Managing pharmacy inventory, especially cold chain products;
8. Ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies;
9. Supporting a safe, inclusive, and engaging team environment;
10. Maintaining clinical skills and seeking ongoing learning opportunities;
11. Supporting clinical services like testing and prescribing where permissible;
12. Adhering to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
