Staffing Alternatives is seeking a bilingual English-Spanish Onsite Forklift Trainer in Burlington, NJ. The role trains and certifies forklift operators, leading safety-focused instruction and evaluations.

The position emphasizes hands-on training, recordkeeping, and ongoing assessments, with a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 10am-6:30pm) and a starting weekly salary of $800. Prior supervision and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse lead or supervision is required.
• Prior forklift experience is required.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Staffing or onsite experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass preboarding screenings.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on forklift operator training for new hires and current employees.
• Administer evaluations and certify operators deemed competent.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical driving assessments.
• Deliver safety rules and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate training records, test results, and certification expiration dates.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual English-Spanish Onsite Forklift Trainer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in training and certifying forklift operators. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on forklift and warehouse lead or supervisory experience.

Shift: 1st Shift Monday thru Friday 10am-6:30pm (must be flexible with hours)

Salary: Weekly salary starting $800 per week

Location: Burlington, NJ
