Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to serve as a Staff Paralegal within the Professional Standards group, a key role supporting the firm’s corporate compliance and recordkeeping, attorney transitions, and attorney licensing requirements. Following the combination of two leading global law firms, this role offers an opportunity to support the continued integration and alignment of entity structures, compliance practices, and operational processes across jurisdictions. Working closely with Claims and Professional Standards Compliance Counsel, attorneys, administrative teams, the office of the General Counsel, and external partners, you will help ensure the firm maintains strong governance practices and meets critical regulatory requirements.
