Following the combination of two leading global law firms, this role offers an opportunity to support the continued integration and alignment of entity structures, compliance practices, and operational processes across jurisdictions. Working closely with Claims and Professional Standards Compliance Counsel, attorneys, administrative teams, the office of the General Counsel, and external partners, you will help ensure the firm maintains strong governance practices and meets critical regulatory requirements. This position may be filled in the following locations. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits. Colorado compensation range: $71,470 to $106,190 annually
Illinois compensation range: $75,430 to $112,080 annually
Washington state compensation range: $75,390 to $112,020 annually
