Greenlight is seeking a Staff Offensive Security Engineer to lead continuous security validation across consumer platforms, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and internal networks. You will drive multi‑stage adversary simulations, research high‑risk vulnerabilities, and champion security-minded development within a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in offensive security, red teaming, or pentesting with a track record of finding critical vulnerabilities
• Experience with AWS security architecture and containerization (Kubernetes)
• Experience in manual code review of Node.js, Python, or Go and bypass techniques for modern security controls
• Ability to script in Python, Bash, or Go to automate security testing
• Ability to translate risks into business impact for executives
• Certifications like OSCP/OSCE, GXPN are valued
• Curious, persistent, and collaborative mindset
• Owner mindset with responsibility for safety of families and finances

Responsibilities

• Define long-term offensive security strategy at Greenlight with continuous validation
• Design and execute red team exercises across cloud, mobile apps, and internal networks
• Perform deep vulnerability research in high-risk areas
• Collaborate with DevOps to build automated security guardrails and self-healing infra
• Support incident response with purple team exercises to validate alert coverage
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to foster security-minded development
