North Shore Healthcare in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated RN/LPN to supervise a group of residents during a shift. You will provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care while maintaining resident safety and adherence to the state act.

Under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will oversee care activity by nursing assistants and helpers, follow North Shore policies, and comply with JCAHO standards where applicable.

Formación

• Active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use necessary nursing supplies and equipment.
• Ability to calculate drug dosage.
• Reads, writes, speaks and understands English.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assume responsibility for a group of residents/patients per shift.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and helpers.
• Adhere to North Shore Healthcare policies and procedures.
