North Shore Healthcare is seeking an RN/LPN for a full-time role to provide nursing care for a group of residents, performing assessments, implementing plans, and evaluating care under supervision.

Under the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will ensure safety, follow policies, and supervise aides while meeting Nurse Practice Act requirements; CPR certification and Wisconsin licensure are required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed as RN or LPN in Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment.
• Ability to calculate drug dosage.
• Meet health requirements per law.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer knowledge; willingness to learn company applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-acute care experience preferred.
