Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Adhere to healthcare protocols, standards, and safety guidelines
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Valid nursing license in NY state
Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting
