HEALTH & REHAB CENTER in CITY, ST is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. As a nurse, you will be at the forefront of providing care beyond compare with hands-on support and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest quality care and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Provide individualized nursing care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Explains procedures and treatments to gain patients’ cooperation.
• Observe vital signs to detect deviations from normal and gauge progress.
• Maintain patients’ medical records on nursing observation and actions taken.
• Record nursing needs of patients on care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Observe emotional stability and prepare patients for continuing care after discharge.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care.

What you'll do
