Job summary

King Health & Rehabilitation Center in King, NC seeks a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate care plans, and administer treatments to residents.

You will collaborate with physicians and other professionals to maintain high-quality care, monitor vitals, and document progress while supporting residents’ independence and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Explain procedures and treatments ordered to gain residents' cooperation and alleviate apprehension.
• Observe vital signs to detect deviations from normal and gauge progress.
• Maintain residents' medical records on nursing observations and actions taken.
• Record nursing needs of patients on care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Observe emotional stability of patients and prepare them for continuing care after discharge.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What you'll do
