Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) for flexible part-time and full/part-time shifts in a 121-bed skilled nursing facility in Dorchester, MA. You will administer meds, assess residents, and coordinate care with physicians.

We offer generous PTO, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. MA licensure, CPR, and nursing experience preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid, unencumbered MA RN or LPN licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete assessments for residents.
• Coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents and follow regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:
