Job summary

Dickson Health and Rehab is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care setting in Dickson, Tennessee. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to administer medications, document care, and contribute to care plans.

The position offers flexible options (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) across day, evening, and night shifts with weekend/holiday rotation. Competitive pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus are available based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to RN or physician.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy (if certified), and daily treatments.
• Assist in developing and updating care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state regulations.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay ($28 - $30 HOURLY) based on experience
• 1,500 Sign On Bonus over 12 month period!
