Job summary

Community First is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide direct bedside care to residents at Sycamore Glen in Ohio. You will administer medications, support treatments, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality, person-centered care.

You will mentor caregiving teammates, contribute to a safe and compassionate environment, and join a mission-driven culture that prioritizes resident wellness and family communication. AM/PM shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license valid in Ohio.
• Willingness to work 36 hours weekly with rotating weekends/holidays.
• Experience in direct bedside care and medication administration.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. $1000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time

Schedules: AM or PM (6:00 - 6:00)

Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour, based on date of state licensure

Location: Sycamore Glen

Status

• Full-Time: 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• PRN: Minimum 3 full 12 hour shifts per month, with one of those days being a Saturday OR a Sunday
