Job summary

Community First Solutions in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN/RN to provide direct bedside care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to support residents’ health and well-being.

You’ll mentor caregivers, participate in care planning, and contribute to a resident-first culture in our Patterson facility. Full-time schedule includes 36 hours weekly with alternating weekends and holidays; PRN shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as LPN or RN.

Overview

At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach—ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual’s needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you’ll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Starting at $29.00/hour, based on date of state licensure

Status

• Full-Time: 36 hours a week with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• PRN: Minimum 3 full 12 hour shifts per month, with one of those days being a Saturday OR a Sunday
