Community First Solutions is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN to provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians to support residents’ health and well‑being.

You’ll mentor caregivers, promote a safe, person‑centered environment, and help set a tone of compassion and teamwork across shifts. This PRN role starts at $31.00/hour, based on state licensure, at Orchard Hill.
