Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois; compact/out-of-state licenses not accepted.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current ACLS or within 6 months of hire for main hospital.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the patient care plan based on ongoing assessment and family input.
• Collaborate with the health care team to promote effective patient care.
• Document care and orders accurately in the EHR.
