ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks aStaff NPI Program Manager to lead all operational activities for new product launches at Secaucus, NJ HQ. You will drive schedules, BOMs, and production readiness across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics., ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

You will own customer communications for NPI readiness, plan material readiness for prototypes, track build execution, manage quotations and POs, and drive improvements in processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years experience, or Master +3 years.
• Project Mgmt: plan tasks, resources, and actions for NPIs.
• Strong accountability and clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Customer relationship skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Teamwork across organizations to meet goals.
• Advanced analytical thinking and data manipulation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and PLM technologies.
• Experience addressing complex issues and defining work scope.
• Experience developing mature bills of material and inventory planning.
• Experience with data visualization and process mapping tools (JIRA/Visio).

Responsibilities

• Establish program plans and mitigations for time-sensitive NPIs.
• Own customer communications for NPI readiness and expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams including manufacturing, product development, supply chain, and logistics.
• Plan and manage material readiness for prototype builds and material validation.
• Track and report development build status; drive issues to closure.
• Manage product quotations and related purchase orders.
• Prepare production and planning for ramp-up and mass production.
• Create solutions to solve complex business and technical issues.
• Track NPI inventory to mitigate aging and excess risk.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Measure performance and drive corrective actions to meet service requirements.
