Job summary

Noveon Magnetics is seeking a Program Manager for Parts Manufacturing in San Marcos, TX. This role coordinates customer programs, NPI activities, and sample coordination within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure on-time, on-spec launches.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, communication, and operational coordination skills to drive programs from customer request through production readiness and launch.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in program management, automotive launch management, engineering coordination, or manufacturing project management.
• Experience in automotive (tier-1/tier-2), aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or high-volume precision production environments.
• Hands-on track record supporting multi-tiered NPI cycles and complex product launches.
• Strong organizational, customer-facing communication, and fast-paced problem-solving skills, with ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of customer programs from initial request to production launch and ongoing engineering support.
• Coordinate and track all NPI activities across design, engineering, operations, production, quality, planning, and supply chain.
• Monitor and update complex project schedules, critical paths, risks, and resources to keep programs on schedule.
• Drive production readiness activities including manufacturing documentation, process validation, work instructions, and launch planning.
• Direct APQP process from gates to final manufacturing handoff and support PPAP submissions.
