Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to join the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis team in Roy, UT, supporting the Sentinel program. You will help design federations of models, identify requirements, and integrate multiple analytical tools.

The role requires MS&A expertise, V&V artifacts, MBSE tool proficiency, and strong communication. A US citizenship and active clearance are required, with potential for relocation assistance and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with a minimum of 12 years with Bachelors, 10 years with Masters, or 8 years with PhD
• US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain SAP approval within a reasonable period
• Demonstrated MS&A experience including V&V
• Experience developing V&V artifacts
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, CPLM, PLM, or similar)
• Experience reviewing technical documents in a DoD environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Scripting proficiency (Python, C++/C#, SQL, MATLAB, R)
• Proactive problem identification and solution proposal abilities
