BILL is seeking a Staff Motion Designer to lead the motion discipline and elevate brand storytelling across marketing assets, campaigns, and experiences. You will mentor peers, drive standards, and collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual narratives.

The role emphasizes strategic briefs, high-quality execution, and proactive process improvement in a fast-paced fintech environment. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven motion design impact.
• Strong understanding of motion design fundamentals, editing, storyboarding, UI/UX.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and 3D workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of BILL's motion discipline across assets.
• Create high-bar motion work for marketing assets, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices across the studio.
• Proactively optimize processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Present work and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders.
