Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on visual, brand, web or digital design at Senior/Staff level
• Portfolio demonstrating visual craft across brand systems, web and growth
• Strong visual design instincts with scalable design systems
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience integrating generative AI into creative workflows
• Exceptional communication and ability to defend design decisions
• Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction across marketing and brand ecosystem
• Define and evolve the visual design system (typography, color, layout, motion)
• Design marketing websites and digital experiences balancing storytelling and performance
• Create visuals for campaigns, advertising, email, and presentations
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Design and Engineering
• Extend visual language into in-product growth experiences as needed
• Develop scalable campaign toolkits and reusable components
• Build AI-assisted workflows to speed asset production
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and leadership
• Refine brand as the company grows across touchpoints
