Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with motion design expertise to lead multi-brand creative across digital, print, and video. You will shape brand systems, craft compelling visual narratives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

The role emphasizes strong design craft, motion storytelling, and leadership within a collaborative creative team supporting B2C/B2B brands in a remote USA environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Strategic thinker with a strong portfolio showing brand stewardship.
• Advanced branding, visual systems, typography, layout, color theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility creative projects from concept through execution.
• Support a portfolio of pet insurance brands across DTC and partnership channels.
• Partner with Creative Director and cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Develop strategic concepts and campaigns across digital, print, social, web, email, and video.
• Present work to stakeholders, defend design decisions, and iterate accordingly.
• Mentor junior designers and elevate team capabilities.
• Contribute to evolving brand systems and best practices across the portfolio.
• Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into visual solutions.
• Maintain high attention to detail and brand consistency across all work.
