Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with mobile QA infra expertise.
• Proven track record defining test infra strategy.
• Strong Swift and Kotlin proficiency for native apps.
• Experience with large-scale migrations or platform transitions in QA.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile QA infrastructure strategy across native rewrite.
• Build and scale automated test systems for regression testing.
• Lead the QA readiness workstream for phased rollout.
• Decide when to increase testing resources vs. optimize.
• Partner with engineering leadership to set SLOs and dashboards.
• Mentor engineers on test architecture and quality standards.
