Job summary

CryptoproNetwork is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Mobile QA to join the App Infra team. You will own the mobile QA infrastructure strategy for the native rewrite and drive automated regression systems across iOS and Android.

You will collaborate with engineering leadership, product, and design to set SLOs, build quality dashboards, and mentor L3-L5 engineers on test architecture and native debugging. The role emphasizes responsible AI use and scalable quality practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with mobile QA infra experience.
• Proven track record defining mobile test infrastructure strategy.
• Experience building automated regression systems for iOS and Android at scale.
• Experience with migrations or platform transitions and parity validation.
• Ability to align cross-functional partners on quality standards and release criteria.
• Responsible use of AI to improve workflow while maintaining human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for mobile QA infrastructure across native rewrite, reducing maintenance while boosting release quality.
• Build and scale automated test systems for regression testing and determine automation scope.
• Lead QA readiness for phased rollout with metrics, resources, and operations.
• Decide when to invest in testing resources and when to pull back as gains diminish.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design to define SLOs and quality dashboards for rollout decisions.
• Shape QA onboarding and hiring bar, mentoring L3-L5 engineers on test architecture and quality standards.
