Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on mobile test automation.
• Hands-on with XCTest, Espresso or equivalent native testing frameworks.
• Experience building automated regression infrastructure integrated into CI/CD.
• Proficient in Swift and Kotlin, reading/debugging native mobile codebases.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for quality gains.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of automated regression test suites for native iOS and Android builds.
• Build test infrastructure integrated into the AI code generation cycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with mobile engineers to close coverage gaps and reduce flaky tests.
• Architect QA strategy for greenfield rollout and high-complexity regression coverage.
• Establish quality dashboards and SLOs for real-time app stability metrics.
