Job summary

Adobe Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Staff Product Designer to craft AI-powered creative experiences for native mobile platforms (iOS, Android, mobile web).

You will work with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to deliver intuitive GenAI tools that accelerate creativity on mobile. We’re looking for 6+ years shipping iOS/Android apps with strong visual craft and systems thinking, plus mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a proven ability to lead design for complex products

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven track record designing and shipping iOS and Android apps with strong visual craft and systems thinking.
• Experience designing for mobile web.
• Experience leading design for complex products and launching them at scale.
• Mastery of Figma and fluency with modern prototyping and AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Collaborative instinct and enthusiasm for working across teams and domains.
• College degree or equivalent in design with emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience designing for mobile productivity and AI-first experiences.
• Ownership in acquisition strategy, SEO, and Growth design.

Responsibilities

• Strong background in creative tooling for imagery, video, and/or audio.
• Track record shipping complex, high quality consumer products.
