Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Sr. Staff Designer to shape how intelligence, automation, and creativity converge in the next generation of creative workflows for professionals.

You will design adaptive brand systems, AI-assisted tooling, and collaboration interfaces. You’ll prototype with engineers and researchers to evolve experiences across visual, motion, and generative spaces, using prototypes as thinking tools to refine concepts through feedback.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design.
• Strong craft with a systems mentality and scalable automation.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows.
• Technical comfort with APIs, rendering pipelines, or scripting.
• Prototyping with Figma, code, or low-fi mockups.
• Bonus: experience with brand systems or model-based workflows.
• Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces.
